This role involves developing and executing strategies to identify, qualify, and secure new corporate clients within the target market. You will be instrumental in translating market insights into actionable plans that enhance our brand presence and revenue generation.

About the Role

You will spearhead the end-to-end process of acquiring corporate clients for our specialized financing solutions. This encompasses market research, client prospect identification, and the preparation of comprehensive feasibility assessments. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating client creditworthiness and market potential, translating complex data into clear, persuasive marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market surveys and feasibility studies to identify and assess potential corporate lessees for heavy equipment and machinery financing.
• Prepare detailed feasibility reports and marketing memos analyzing client creditworthiness and market viability.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract and convert corporate clients within the Surabaya region.
• Collaborate closely with sales, credit, and product teams to ensure seamless client acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records of market research findings and client prospect pipelines.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and potential clients as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate sales, marketing, or client acquisition within the financial services or equipment financing sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting to clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
