Telemarketing Supervisor

About the Role

The Telemarketing Supervisor will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the telemarketing department. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of telemarketing staff, including call monitoring and performance coaching.
• Develop, implement, and manage telemarketing campaigns to meet specific marketing and sales goals.

Requirements
