About the Role
You will be the driving force behind Hilton's communication initiatives, crafting compelling narratives that engage our target audiences and reinforce our brand promise of exceptional hospitality. You will lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing communication plans designed to elevate brand awareness, drive guest acquisition, and foster loyalty across our portfolio in Surabaya and the surrounding region.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing communication strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Lead the creation of engaging content for diverse channels including digital platforms, social media, PR, and traditional media.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and property teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective promotion of hotel offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic communication decisions.
- Manage relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure positive coverage and amplify brand reach.
- Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and optimize future communication efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing communications, preferably within hospitality or a related consumer-facing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated communication strategies across multiple channels. li>Strong creative writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns.
- Experience managing budgets and timelines for communication projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and proficiency with relevant analytics tools.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
