This role is pivotal in developing and executing direct marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling campaigns, managing lead generation processes, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve marketing objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, social media, direct mail) to attract and engage potential customers. * Manage lead generation pipelines, including prospecting, nurturing, and conversion tracking. * Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and improve ROI. * Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. * Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems accurately. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing tactics. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * Proven experience (2+ years) in direct marketing, lead generation, or a similar role. * Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (email marketing, social media, analytics). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
