About the Role
The Assistant Marketing Communication Manager will provide essential support to the marketing team, focusing on developing and implementing effective communication plans across various channels. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing communication materials, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional assets.
- Support the development and management of content calendars for key marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging marketing collateral.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing communications, providing insights for optimization.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events and experiential marketing activities.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing projects and campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a related field, ideally within hospitality or a similar service industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to adapt content for various platforms and formats.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including content management systems, design software, and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functionally.
- Education in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
