BFI Finance, a leading financial services provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Agency Branch Manager to oversee the expansion and performance of our marketing operations in Semarang, Central Java. This role is pivotal in driving the recruitment and development of Business Agents (BA)/Agen/Mitra to effectively connect with customers requiring financing solutions secured by motor vehicle registration certificates (BPKB). The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless customer acquisition and service delivery.
About the Role
The primary objective of this position is to establish and manage a high-performing marketing branch dedicated to sourcing, onboarding, and supporting qualified Business Agents/Agen/Mitra. This involves identifying potential partners, conducting thorough evaluations, facilitating the onboarding process, and ensuring these agents effectively reach and serve customers needing BPKB-secured loans. Maintaining robust and positive relationships across the value chain is essential for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, training, and managing a network of qualified Business Agents/Agen/Mitra in the Semarang region.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential partners who meet BFI Finance's standards and can effectively connect with target customers requiring BPKB-secured financing.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, partner agents, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth operations and customer acquisition.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and performance management to the Business Agents/Agen/Mitra to ensure they meet sales targets and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to align branch activities with overall company goals and leverage best practices.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Semarang area to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the financial services or consumer lending sector.
- Strong track record of recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales agents or partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of the Indonesian financial services landscape and consumer lending products is advantageous.
