About the Role
You will be the strategic driver for trade marketing initiatives within the Nutrition category. This involves developing and executing plans to maximize brand visibility, drive sales, and build strong partnerships with key retail and wholesale partners across Jakarta. Your focus will be on translating category insights into actionable trade strategies that support our mission and deliver tangible results.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans for assigned nutrition brands to achieve sales and market share objectives.
- Manage relationships with key retail partners (supermarkets, hypermarkets, pharmacies) and wholesalers to ensure optimal brand placement, promotion, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Commercial) and external agencies to design and execute compelling trade promotions, events, and merchandising activities.
- Analyze trade data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize trade investments for maximum impact.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on trade performance and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in trade marketing, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, with a focus on nutrition or health products.
- Deep understanding of trade dynamics, retail channels, and promotional strategies within the Jakarta market.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
