Operating under a regional group with a strong commitment to sustainability, the company is experiencing significant growth and seeks a dynamic Sales Marketing Supervisor to lead its marketing and sales initiatives in Bali.
About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving the marketing and sales strategy for the company's bottled water portfolio within the Bali market. The Supervisor will oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, manage sales performance, and ensure alignment with the broader regional group objectives. Based in Bali, this role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in FMCG marketing and sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for the bottled water products in Bali.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Manage brand positioning, promotional activities, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing spend.
- Collaborate closely with the regional group's marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency and leverage shared resources.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and report on results.
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior marketing or sales management role within the FMCG sector, preferably in bottled beverages or water.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with experience developing and motivating marketing and sales teams.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics within the Bali region and broader Indonesian market.
- Proficiency in developing and managing marketing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic setting.
