Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Marketing Manager to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. This role is pivotal in driving the marketing strategy and execution for our food and beverage offerings, ensuring they align with our brand vision and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and boost revenue across our F&B outlets.

About the Role

The Food and Beverage Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for all F&B outlets. This includes creating compelling promotional materials, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and collaborating closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for food and beverage trends and a proven ability to analyze market data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget for F&B outlets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales across all F&B channels.
  • Lead the creation of promotional campaigns, including seasonal events, loyalty programs, and targeted digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop marketing materials that highlight menu offerings and chef expertise.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Analyze sales data and guest feedback to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and partners to secure promotional opportunities and sponsorships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years focused specifically on food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email, online advertising) and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
