Marketing Rep Office (Palembang)

This role focuses on promoting the company's insurance products and services within the Palembang office environment, contributing to the growth and visibility of the brand locally. The successful candidate will play a key part in executing marketing strategies and engaging with potential customers.

About the Role

• Promote PT Asuransi Total Bersama's insurance offerings to potential customers within the Palembang area.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and product uptake.
• Engage directly with customers to provide information, answer queries, and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development and implementation of local marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for product promotion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and promotional materials for insurance products.
• Participate in local community events or activities to enhance the company's presence.
• Report on marketing activities and performance metrics to the team.

Requirements

• Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar marketing or customer-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Palembang and South Sumatra.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing software.
