About the Role

As a Brand Marketing Strategist, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns designed to elevate the TikTok Shop brand. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning content creation, media planning, and customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with TikTok Shop's brand vision and business objectives for the Indonesian market.
  • Collaborate with content, media, and CRM teams to create and manage compelling campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the planning and optimization of media strategies, including digital and potentially traditional channels, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Support the development and execution of CRM initiatives aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to measure impact, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future marketing decisions.
  • Provide strategic marketing insights and recommendations to support overall brand positioning and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field, with a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working within the e-commerce or digital marketing sector, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in Indonesia.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
