About the Role

The F&B Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans specifically tailored to our F&B offerings. This includes managing social media presence, optimizing online advertising, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the culinary team to showcase our unique dining experiences. The role requires a blend of creative thinking and analytical skills to measure success and refine strategies continuously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for F&B outlets, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the Surabaya food and beverage landscape.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to measure ROI and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the F&B operations team to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect menu offerings and dining experiences.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices relevant to the hospitality sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on food and beverage or hospitality marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
