We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Manager, Marketing (Media & MarTech) to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing media and MarTech strategies by securing optimal partnerships and resources to support our growth across the region.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic partnerships and media channels to effectively reach our target audiences. This involves managing relationships with media agencies, MarTech vendors, and other key suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-impact marketing campaigns that align with Grab's brand and business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the dynamic media landscape to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sourcing strategies for marketing media and MarTech solutions, including digital advertising, programmatic buying, and data analytics platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships with media agencies, publishers, and technology providers to secure favorable terms and performance metrics.
  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of media placements and MarTech implementations through rigorous performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand requirements and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify innovative sourcing opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing media buying, MarTech sourcing, or procurement within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex vendor relationships and negotiating successful contracts in the media or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and optimize spend efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
