You will be responsible for understanding market dynamics, identifying sales opportunities, and crafting compelling marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and revenue generation for our heavy equipment division. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and sales strategies for heavy equipment products. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. * Manage lead generation and qualification processes to support the sales pipeline. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective product positioning and messaging. * Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management. * Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. **Requirements** * Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales marketing, preferably within the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sectors. * Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and marketing techniques. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software. * Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
