Description

We are seeking avisionary Head of Customer Marketing to shape and lead our customer‑centric marketing initiatives across the organization. This role offers the chance to influence strategy, drive growth, and work alongside a diverse team of specialists who value fresh perspectives.

About the Role

In this position you will define the customer marketing vision, design acquisition and retention programs, collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams, and ensure that messaging resonates with target audiences. You will craft compelling go‑to‑market narratives, orchestrate lifecycle communications, and partner with data scientists to measure impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end‑to‑end customer acquisition and retention programs that align with brand strategy.
  • Lead cross‑functional campaigns across digital, email, social, and events to maximize engagement.
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to continuously refine messaging and channel mix.
  • Manage and mentor a high‑performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Partner with product, sales, and analytics groups to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market execution and measurement.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of progressive experience in customer or digital marketing, preferably within financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data to inform strategy.
  • Proven leadership ability, including team management and talent development.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer‑centric approach to problem solving.
