About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and fostering customer engagement through various online platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across relevant online channels.
• Manage and optimize social media presence to engage target audiences and build brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analyze digital performance metrics to inform strategy and improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) activities.
• Create compelling content for websites, email marketing, and other digital touchpoints.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, specifically within the B2B or construction/industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and campaign management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
