BFI Finance is seeking a dedicated Marketing professional to drive the growth of our Property/Mortgage offerings in the Depok branch. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets through both agency network expansion and direct sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and managing our sales channels to maximize market penetration and revenue generation within the West Java region.

About the Role

The primary objective is to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies specifically designed to boost sales of Property/Mortgage products. This involves leveraging both agency partnerships and direct sales channels to reach target customers effectively. Key activities include identifying growth opportunities, managing agency recruitment and development, and optimizing sales processes to meet and exceed established goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets for Property/Mortgage products.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of agency partners to expand the sales network.
• Implement and manage direct sales initiatives to complement agency efforts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings align with market needs.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within financial services or real estate.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and property markets.
• Experience in recruitment, team management, or agency development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
