**About the Role**
The Telemarketing Consultant will be responsible for executing telemarketing campaigns designed to meet and exceed sales targets. This involves proactive customer outreach, product promotion, and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintaining positive customer interactions and upholding high service quality are fundamental to this position. The consultant will contribute to building strong client relationships and supporting the overall growth of CIMB's retail deposit offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Achieve Sales Targets:** Proactively meet and surpass assigned sales quotas, including specific cross-sell objectives for all designated products.
* **Customer Relationship Management:** Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
* **Service Excellence:** Consistently deliver high-standard customer service, adhering to established protocols and quality benchmarks.
* **Product Promotion & Cross-Selling:** Effectively promote assigned products and services, identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
* **Campaign Execution:** Participate in and support telemarketing campaigns, ensuring accurate data handling and adherence to campaign guidelines.
* **Performance Reporting:** Contribute to the collection and reporting of relevant sales and performance data.
