The TikTok ShopIntegrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executed integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across Indonesia. This role focuses on building brand awareness and driving user engagement for TikTok Shop within the dynamic Indonesian market. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive campaign plans that leverage TikTok's unique platform capabilities to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing integrated marketing campaigns specifically designed for TikTok Shop in Indonesia. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, creative, data science, and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution across various channels and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaign strategies for TikTok Shop, focusing on awareness, acquisition, and engagement goals within Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, creative, data science) and external agencies/partners to translate business objectives into compelling campaign concepts and executions.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (including organic and paid initiatives) across TikTok and potentially other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall IMC strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the IMC campaign playbook and best practices for the Indonesian market.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, platform updates, and competitive activities within the Indonesian e-commerce and social media landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing campaign management, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing campaigns for e-commerce platforms or similar performance marketing environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms (particularly TikTok), and multi-channel campaign strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
