About the Role

The Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial principles and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight of all finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, including comparative analyses against budgets and prior periods.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., PSAK).
  • Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
