The successful candidate will serve as a Regional Financial Controller, acting as a strategic finance business partner to the regional operations and contributing to the financial performance and growth of the business. This role is integral to steering the financial health of a multi‑country operation and will involve close collaboration with senior leadership across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with regional business leaders to deliver financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and review accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with reporting standards.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital optimization across the region.
• Lead cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements within the finance function.
• Oversee the preparation of variance analysis and support strategic decision‑making.
• Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals to build a high‑performing unit.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align financial objectives with operational strategies.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) with substantial experience in financial controlling or business partnering.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior finance role within a multinational or regional environment.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial systems, advanced Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting and lead a diverse team.
