The company, backed by over 20 years of experience from its founding partners, operates a state-of-the-art facility and is seeking a skilled professional to join their team.

About the Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance and accounting operations, providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of local Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
