Head of Factory Finance (Electrification & Automation)

We are seeking a dynamic Head of FactoryFinance to lead financial strategy and operations within our Jakarta-based electrification and automation division. This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence and supporting Siemens' commitment to innovation and sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure robust financial management and contribute to the company's vision of empowering people and shaping the future.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of the factory's operations. This encompasses comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, cost optimization, and performance analysis. Your expertise will be crucial in managing financial risks, ensuring compliance, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the factory. You will lead a team and foster a culture of financial accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with factory objectives and Siemens' global standards.
• Manage the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities to support operational and capital expenditure decisions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls within the factory.
• Collaborate with factory management, procurement, and production teams to optimize financial performance and support automation initiatives.
• Provide financial leadership and mentorship to the finance team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis within a factory or production setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop finance teams effectively.
• Deep understanding of financial systems and processes, with experience in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change.
