About the Role

The Home Care ID Assistant Supply Chain Finance Manager will provide critical financial support and analysis to the Home Care Supply Chain team. This involves collaborating closely with supply chain operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure financial targets are met, costs are optimized, and financial risks are managed effectively. The role focuses on enhancing the financial performance and decision-making capabilities of the Home Care Supply Chain function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze financial performance data for Home Care supply chain activities, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support supply chain planning, procurement decisions, and inventory management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls, reporting systems, and cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, logistics) to ensure financial objectives align with overall business strategy.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of financial risks associated with supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a finance role, preferably within a supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment and communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting supply chain or manufacturing operations is advantageous.
