The IT Digital Operation & Automation Specialist role is offered on a hybrid basis from Bali, Indonesia, supporting a fast‑growing luxury real estate development and investment group that specialises in high‑end residential and hospitality projects across its portfolio. The position sits within the client’s technology functions and is focused on enhancing digital operations, streamlining processes through automation, and ensuring robust system support for the company’s ambitious development pipeline. Working closely with project teams, finance, and asset management, the specialist will contribute to the design and implementation of technology solutions that underpin the development, sales, and operational phases of the luxury properties.

Key Duties

• Assess and improve existing digital workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation tools and scripts to support repetitive IT tasks and data handling.
• Provide end‑user support for internal systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to integrate new technologies into ongoing developments.
