About the Role
The Purchasing role within ibis Surabaya City Center is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel. This position involves managing the procurement of essential goods and services required to maintain high standards of guest experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for all necessary hotel supplies, including food and beverage items, housekeeping materials, and maintenance equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and negotiate favorable terms to optimize purchasing costs and achieve budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to purchasing and inventory management.

Requirements
