About the Role

The Crew Setrika will be responsible for operating steam ironing equipment to press and finish laundered garments. This involves preparing garments for pressing, loading and unloading irons, monitoring garment quality, and ensuring all items meet our cleanliness and presentation standards. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain steam ironing equipment according to safety and operational procedures.
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, or other issues before and after pressing.
• Load and unload garments onto ironing tables and presses efficiently.
• Ensure all pressed garments are folded, sorted, and packaged correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet production targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in laundry or related field preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like lifting and bending.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of laundry processes and garment care.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
