Reboot Monkey seeks a skilled Tax Accountant (Global) to join our East Jakarta team. This role focuses on managing international tax compliance and ensuring adherence to complex global tax regulations. The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining the company's financial integrity across multiple jurisdictions, requiring a blend of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and proactive communication.

About the Role

The Tax Accountant (Global) will be responsible for managing the company's international tax obligations and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws across various jurisdictions. This involves monitoring changes in local tax legislation and implementing necessary adjustments to internal processes. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tax-related activities, supporting both internal controls and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international tax compliance for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to local tax laws and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze changes in tax legislation across relevant countries and jurisdictions.
• Maintain rigorous internal controls and procedures for tax reporting and documentation.
• Provide support and expertise to external auditors and tax authorities as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and payments.
• Utilize accounting software proficiently to manage tax data and generate reports.
• Communicate complex tax information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international tax compliance and preparation of tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations applicable to global operations.
