About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to support the administrative processes and functions of Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. This involves managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the efficient flow of information and documentation within the local government framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of administrative documents and records.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments or units.
• Support the organization and management of meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Handle routine administrative inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the organization and filing of physical and digital records.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• S1 degree in Administrative Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a government or public sector environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic office procedures and record-keeping systems.
