About the Role

The Business Development Executive will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, fostering key client relationships, and expanding Ninja Van's market presence within the Surabaya region. This position involves collaborating closely with internal teams to design and implement programs that deliver tangible value to SMEs, aligning with the company's mission to support their quick and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new SME clients and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target SMEs.
  • Design, promote, and manage the implementation of Ninja Van's programs tailored to support SME growth and operational needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for service enhancement and new offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to track program performance and demonstrate ROI for SME partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the logistics or SME support sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian SME landscape and market dynamics in Surabaya.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
