Igloo is seekinga dedicated Placement Support to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. This role provides essential administrative assistance to the Placement Executive, focusing on the efficient management and support of General Insurance products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the placement function, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our insurance solutions delivery.

About the Role

The Placement Support position is integral to the placement team, offering vital back-office support to the Placement Executive. This involves handling administrative tasks related to the placement and management of General Insurance products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Placement Executive.
  • Assist in the processing and management of General Insurance product placements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to placements and product information.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines for placement activities.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
