Manager Turbine Support

About the Role

The Manager of Turbine Support will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of turbine support activities. This includes managing a team responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of turbine equipment. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration and peak performance of turbine systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of turbine support technicians and engineers.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for turbine systems.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex equipment issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize turbine performance and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for turbine support processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in turbine operations, maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of turbine systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
