We are seeking a skilled Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our corporate governance and compliance functions.

About the Role

This position is pivotal in ensuring the Apex Group maintains robust corporate secretarial practices across its international operations. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to the corporate secretarial function, contributing to the efficient management of corporate entities and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate records and minute books for various entities.
  • Support the corporate secretarial team in ensuring compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to corporate filings, resolutions, and shareholder communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the corporate secretarial department, including document management and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure smooth corporate governance processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial, legal administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting corporate governance and compliance functions within a multinational or fund administration environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory requirements applicable to fund structures and entities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant corporate secretarial software.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
