Description

StarHub seeks a visionary AVP, Head of ITSM & EUC to lead the strategic direction of our digital workplace and IT service management (ITSM) initiatives. This pivotal role is central to shaping an integrated ecosystem that seamlessly combines end-user computing (EUC) and ITSM capabilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a superior digital experience for our workforce. Based in Singapore, you will drive innovation and operational excellence across these critical functions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for defining and executing StarHub's overarching strategy for the digital workplace and ITSM. This involves fostering collaboration between EUC and ITSM teams to create a unified service delivery model. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing best practices, optimizing service levels, and ensuring the digital workplace tools and IT services align with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and champion StarHub's strategic vision and roadmap for the digital workplace and ITSM, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for managing the digital workplace platforms and the ITSM service delivery lifecycle.
  • Drive the integration and optimization of EUC and ITSM processes to create a seamless, efficient service experience for employees.
  • Establish and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) and service quality standards for digital workplace and ITSM services.
  • Collaborate with business units and other IT departments to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of service management practices, leveraging technology and process enhancements.
  • Act as a key stakeholder and advocate for digital workplace and ITSM within the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within IT service management (ITSM) or end-user computing (EUC), ideally within a large enterprise.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for complex IT service delivery functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and EUC management principles.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within the IT service domain.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, business, or a related field.
