Your passion for storytelling and deep understanding of digital landscapes will be crucial in shaping how our community perceives and engages with the L'Oréal brand. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute community engagement strategies across relevant social media platforms to increase brand awareness and foster a loyal community. * Create and curate high-quality, creative content that aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences, driving meaningful interactions. * Monitor community conversations, respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback, and proactively address concerns. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, PR) to ensure consistent brand messaging and leverage community insights for strategic initiatives. * Analyze community data and metrics to measure engagement, identify trends, and report on the effectiveness of community efforts. **Requirements** * Proven experience (2+ years) in community management, social media management, or a similar role focused on audience engagement. * Demonstrated passion for digital platforms, social media trends, and understanding of diverse online communities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage authentically. * Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative approaches to community building and content creation. * Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and derive actionable insights. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
