Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to guest requests promptly.
• Support inventory management of supplies and products, ensuring timely re‑ordering when needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a spa or hospitality setting, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and beauty treatments.
