Lead of Collection Data Analytics & Performance

Leadthe strategic direction and execution of data analytics initiatives across Amartha's Lending, Risk, Product & Tech, Operations, and Data teams. This pivotal role involves translating complex portfolio performance data into actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize business outcomes. You will spearhead data-driven experimentation and analysis to support critical functions such as forecasting, target setting, capacity planning, and broader strategic business objectives.

About the Role

• Lead cross-functional data analytics efforts to enhance portfolio performance understanding and risk management.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical models and methodologies to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Lending, Risk, Product & Tech, Operations, and Data teams to ensure data-driven solutions align with business strategy.
• Drive data-driven experimentation and analysis to support forecasting, target setting, and capacity planning processes.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably within financial services or a similar data-intensive environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting forecasting, target setting, and capacity planning processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into strategic business recommendations.
• Proficiency in relevant analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, BI platforms) and data management principles.
