This position involves leading and managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily HR office activities, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance issues.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR staff to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues efficiently and confidentially.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
