About the Role

The Advanced Analytics Analyst will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements within Medtronic's healthcare technology landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting the company's mission to improve lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to analyze large datasets.
  • Interpret complex data findings and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product development, clinical, and business teams to identify data-driven opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain and enhance data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of analytical outputs.
  • Communicate insights effectively through visualizations, reports, and presentations to diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in advanced analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence roles.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
