Asst Manager (FM Advisory) - 2 Year Contract

JTC Corporation,Singapore's Centre of Excellence for Facilities Management (FM), seeks an Assistant Manager (FM Advisory) for a 2-year contract. This role is pivotal in providing expert FM advisory services to other public sector agencies, ensuring best practices and strategic guidance in facility management across the public sector landscape. The department's core mandate involves the critical review, planning, and development of comprehensive FM strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within the public sector.

About the Role

You will be instrumental in shaping the FM advisory function, translating strategic objectives into actionable insights for public sector clients. This involves deep analysis of FM requirements, development of tailored advisory solutions, and the facilitation of knowledge transfer to build internal FM capabilities across partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert FM advisory services and strategic guidance to public sector agencies.
• Lead the review and analysis of FM practices and operational models across public sector clients.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of FM strategies, policies, and standards for public sector adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance FM capabilities within partner agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of FM advisory recommendations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in FM advisory, consulting, or strategic planning roles, preferably within the public sector or large organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement FM strategies and operational plans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex FM concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management within public sector environments.
