Description

The Marketing and Communications Managerplays a pivotal role within our property team, focusing on crafting and delivering compelling property-level communications to our valued customers. This position involves developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement across various channels. Reporting directly to the Director, you will lead initiatives that ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling for our properties.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for the overall planning, development, and execution of marketing and communication campaigns at the property level. You will collaborate closely with property teams and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies tailored to property-specific goals and target audiences.
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, including digital channels, print, and social media, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of property-level marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with property management, sales, and other internal teams to gather insights and ensure cohesive communication efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing property visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and customer feedback to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
  • Proficiency in relevant marketing software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
