About the Role
The Lead Technical Services Application Scientist will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support to customers of Exact Sciences' products. This involves troubleshooting application issues, providing expert guidance on product functionality, and ensuring customers can effectively utilize our solutions. A deep understanding of statistical analysis principles and proficiency with JMP statistical software are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for customers using Exact Sciences' products and JMP statistical software.
- Diagnose and resolve complex application issues reported by customers, often involving statistical analysis workflows.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides to support the technical services team.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers on product features and best practices.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a technical support or application support role.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting software applications, particularly those involving statistical analysis.
- Strong proficiency with JMP statistical software and a solid understanding of statistical concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
