About the Role

• Develop and enhance comprehensive curriculum frameworks and learning modules tailored for diverse audiences.
• Create clear, step-by-step guides and provide effective troubleshooting support to facilitate user understanding and implementation.
• Collaborate with LMS and training teams to evaluate and integrate technology solutions, translating complex technical concepts into accessible, child-friendly learning experiences.
• Utilize digital content creation tools and platforms to produce high-quality, interactive learning resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum content, lesson plans, and supplementary materials that meet educational objectives and learner needs.
• Produce detailed documentation, user guides, and support resources to ensure smooth adoption and use of learning materials.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (LMS, training, content) to assess technology requirements and implement solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating content creation skills.
• Proficiency in digital content creation tools and platforms, including experience with LMS systems.
