This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and customer engagement within our retail or promotional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively promoting our products to target audiences, ensuring a positive brand experience and contributing to our sales objectives.

About the Role

The Product Promoter serves as the frontline ambassador for our company's offerings. This position involves directly interacting with consumers at various locations, such as retail stores, events, or promotional sites, to showcase our products, answer inquiries, and generate interest. The role requires enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for connecting with people to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote assigned products to target customers through demonstrations, samples, and engaging presentations.
• Engage with consumers to understand their needs and provide clear, accurate information about product features and benefits.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers, ensuring a welcoming brand experience.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and promotional goals set for the assigned area or event.
• Report on promotional activities, customer feedback, and any issues encountered during shifts.

Requirements

• Educational background relevant to the field, with a focus on recent graduates or individuals possessing strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar promotional, sales, or customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to articulate product information clearly.
• Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by promotional schedules.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
