About the Role

This position focuses on providing expert technical assistance to customers utilizing Hatch Asia's Printing & Packaging Solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues, offering guidance on system functionality, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your proactive approach will be crucial in identifying opportunities to enhance product support and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including direct communication, seminars, Tech Days, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring minimal downtime for customer operations.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of technical presentations and demonstrations at industry events to showcase product capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, specifications, and integration requirements to provide accurate solutions.
• Proactively identify and document recurring issues to inform product improvement initiatives and training materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, preferably within the printing, packaging, or related technology sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, often under time constraints.
• Basic understanding of printing processes, packaging systems, or related technologies is advantageous.
