About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers experiencing internet connectivity issues.
- Diagnose technical problems related to internet service, routers, modems, and related equipment.
- Provide clear, step-by-step troubleshooting guidance to customers to resolve their issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's ticketing system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while managing customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
