Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for Line of Business applications, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation following established standard formats to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems, often involving complex systems or interdependencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and prevent recurring issues.
- Document all support activities, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Two years of substantial experience in a technical support role, demonstrating a track record of resolving complex issues.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems and related software environments is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical issues methodically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of network concepts and common hardware components.
