You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental protection and sustainability strategies across LTA's projects and operations. Your work will directly contribute to LTA's broader vision of creating a greener, more resilient transport system for Singapore. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute environmental protection and sustainability plans for LTA's transport infrastructure projects. * Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards throughout project lifecycles. * Conduct environmental impact assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation measures. * Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and external stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices. * Monitor environmental performance metrics and report on progress towards sustainability targets. * Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on environmental best practices. * Foster partnerships and engage with relevant government agencies and industry bodies on sustainability matters. **Requirements** * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in environmental management, sustainability, or a related field, with demonstrable experience in infrastructure or project environments. * Proven ability to develop and implement environmental strategies and manage compliance. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration. * Knowledge of Singapore's environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks is advantageous. * Leadership potential to guide and mentor junior staff.
