About the Role
This role serves as a strategic partner to various business units, providing expert guidance on HR matters and ensuring that HR initiatives directly contribute to achieving the company's objectives. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing critical HR functions, including policy development, compliance oversight, and the implementation of systems that streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and documentation, including the Employee Handbook, to ensure consistency and alignment with legal standards and business objectives.
- Ensure all HR processes, systems, and documentation comply with relevant local labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices, mitigating compliance risks.
- Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy across HR functions.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to address HR-related queries, provide policy interpretation, and support talent management initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that support the company's growth and operational expansion plans.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role, preferably within a dynamic, growing organization.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret HR metrics, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
