About the Role

The IoT and Automation Engineer Intern will support Bosch Rexroth's team in Surabaya by contributing to projects focused on integrating intelligent systems and automated processes. This role provides practical experience in applying engineering principles to real-world challenges within the realm of industrial automation and connected technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of IoT-enabled automation systems and components.
• Contribute to the implementation and integration of sensors, actuators, and control systems within automated workflows.
• Support the documentation and reporting of project progress and technical findings.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation projects.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and methodologies relevant to IoT and automation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong foundational knowledge in control systems, embedded systems, and programming languages relevant to automation (e.g., C++, Python, PLC programming).
• Demonstrated interest in IoT, automation, and the application of smart technologies in industrial settings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and contributing to technical projects.
